PARENTS, Inc. provides FREE Confident Parenting classes to assist parents with many of the great mysteries, joys and frustrations of parenting! Classes are once per week, for two hours, and are held in either Salt Lake or Kaneohe. Topics include: child development, positive discipline, engaging cooperation, reducing power struggles, child safety, nutrition & exercise, encouraging your children's self-esteem, communicating with children, stress & anger management and MUCH more!

Our classes are appropriate for any type of parent or caregiver, including grandparents, aunties, uncles, resource caregivers, and others who may work around children and seek to understand their development and behavior. For more information, please call our office at (808) 234-0255!
